01 Acceptance of Terms

By launching, playing, or otherwise using Neon City — Cyber Chase (the Game, we, us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game. By jacking into the grid, you accept these digital terms.

02 What the Game Is

⚠️ Neon City — Cyber Chase is a free casual tap-reflex game for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling product, does not involve real money, real prizes, or wagering of any kind. All scores and in-game items have zero monetary value. This Game has no connection to any casino, slot machine, or gambling platform.

03 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product or service.

04 Game Content

Use the Game in any way that could harm other users or third parties.

06 No Real-Money Gambling

Neon City is a casual skill and reflex game. It does not involve real money, real prizes, loot boxes, or any form of gambling. Scores and collected items are purely for fun and have no cash value. Any resemblance to gambling products is purely thematic.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
